Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Swelle Home.
If for any reason your order is not suitable, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened candles and room fragrances cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
